All pictures of our Products are as accurate as we can get. Clicking on them you can view a bigger picture. Item description  generally includes the material, the sizes and  the minimum order  required: please do  not hesitate  to  contact us should you  need  more  information.

We’ll be glad to answer to every inquiry sent to us.

Our ordering process is easy since you only need to send us an e-mail indicating the required items and  the  quantities.   

We’ll revert to you by mail confirming your order, the  leading time required to prepare your order and,  when required, the amount of down payment requested at the order.

With regards to Shopping On Line, all products shown are in stock in our premises and we’ll provide the shipment not more than 2 working days after payment is received.

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this website, and/or by placing orders, you agree and are bound of these Terms and Conditions.

  • You are required to accept the Terms and Conditions stated below.

ORDERING

  • We accept your orders only by e-mail.
  • You will receive a confirmation of your orders by return mail.

PRICING

  • All prices shown are not inclusive of VAT and we don’t charge VAT on our Products.
  • Shipment cost will be charged separately. We’ll send you the shipping costs based on your shipment choice.
  • All our prices are reviewed periodically.

CANCELLATION

  •  In case you wish to cancel your order, you can e-mail us at: info@fashionpointpattaya.com
  •  Any order already shipped cannot be cancelled: in this case please refer to
    Our “Return Policy” Section.
  •  The cost of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. Returns should be sent to our address and items are required to be checked upon receipt. In case items arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know within 3 days by e-mail at info@fashionpointpattaya.com and arrange to post the item back to Fashion Point Pattaya. If you do not contact us within 3 days from receipt, then we will have no liability for any items said to be damaged or faulty on delivery.
  •  Fashion Point Pattaya does not accept responsibility for returned goods that are “Lost” or “delayed” in the post, nor for items that are not “signed for” by a member of Fashion Point Pattaya. This mean that goods sent back should have been approved for return by our staff after determining that a regular notification within 3 days has been received.
  •  All refunds are not auctioned until items are fully returned with all the appropriate intact packaging. You should also ensure that returned items are suitably packaged for return. Any item damaged in transit will not be refunded and will be returned to you at your cost.
  •  For fraud prevention measures, every refund will only be issued in the same form as the payment was done, i.e. Paypal, Western Union or Bank Transfer originally used to provide the payment and only to the original name which provided the payment.
  •  The right to return the goods to us as referred above will not apply in the event that the product has been used. Items must be returned in their original new condition, with all tags and intact packaging.

SERVICE ACCESS

  •  While we endeavor to ensure that this website is available 24hrs a day, we will not be liable if for any reasons this website is unavailable at any time, for any period or for any reason.
  •  Access to this website may be suspended temporarily and without prior notice in case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.
